Our Shipping Process

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are final sale​ and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Free gifts or promotional items.

• Items with removed or damaged tags, showing signs of wear, or that have been washed (making them unsuitable for resale).

Important Conditions

• Item Condition:​ Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

• COD Returns:​ We do not accept returns sent via Cash-on-Delivery (COD) services. If you send a COD return, the package will be refused.
