Our Shipping Process

Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Underwear, swimwear, and beauty tools.
Jewelry and accessories.
Free gifts or promotional items.
Items with removed or damaged tags, showing signs of wear, or that have been washed (making them unsuitable for resale).
Important Conditions
Defective or Wrong Items: For swimwear or items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact customer service first and email photos of the issue before returning the product.
Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Exchanges: All exchange requests will be handled as refunds. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

COD Returns: We do not accept returns sent via Cash-on-Delivery (COD) services. If you send a COD return, the package will be refused.
