This Returns & Refund Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all purchases made through NAWABA’s official website (www.nawaba.com) and authorized sales channels. It is formulated in accordance with the Parent Company’s global quality assurance standards, the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HK SAR), the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, and relevant cross-border e-commerce regulatory requirements. By purchasing NAWABA products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy, as well as the Parent Company’s related service commitments and quality control protocols.


SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders will be dispatched within 7 days after successful purchase and payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time varies depending on the shipping address. Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 14–20 days after shipment.

  • Please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to your delivery timeline.


RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Return Time Frame
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Process
Receipt of the goods → dissatisfied → contact customer service within 7 days → meet the conditions of return and exchange → customer service provides the return address, and you send the goods → email customer service with screenshot of return tracking information → confirm receipt of returned item → refund processed.

Under what circumstances are the products non-returnable?

  1. The following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, beauty tools, jewelry and accessories, and freebies.

  2. Items with hang tags removed or damaged, or that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, affecting secondary sales.
    Note: In the case of defective/damaged or wrong items (including swimwear), you must email us a picture showing the problem/defect and contact customer service first.

  3. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition that does not affect secondary sales. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

NOTICE:

  • In the case of swimsuits or received goods with defects/damage or wrong items, you must send us pictures showing the problem/defects by email and contact customer service first.

  • All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. If you wish to exchange an item, you need to return the purchased goods for a refund and place a new order.

Important Tips:

  • We do not accept returned packages sent via cash on delivery. The return shipping fee is non-refundable. If you send a paid item, we will refuse to pay.

  • Before sending your return, please double-check that the returned goods are correct. We are only responsible for products sold on this site.


CANCEL ORDER
If you cancel within 24 hours after successful purchase and payment, your order will be refunded in full. If you decide to cancel, please contact us by email first. If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept cancellation requests.


REFUND ARRIVAL TIME

  • We will arrange a refund within 1 working day after receiving your returned package.

  • For order cancellations, we will arrange a refund within 1 working day.

  • For PayPal refunds, it may take 3 to 7 business days to complete, depending on the payment method (e.g., PayPal balance, credit/debit card, or bank account).

  • For bank card refunds, it may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your card issuer and intermediaries.
