Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email if any significant delays occur.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your package. Available shipping options will be displayed before you complete your order.

Under normal circumstances (excluding public holidays and force majeure events), orders are estimated to arrive within 12–25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 12 business days after placing your order, please contact us at nawabastore@gmail.com.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside your country of residence, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at nawabastore@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package has been shipped.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you with any necessary documentation.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product(s) and contact us within 7 days of receipt at nawabastore@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or unclaimed customs fees, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
