Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel.

• Jewelry, accessories, and beauty tools.

• Any free gifts or promotional items.

• Items with damaged tags, signs of wear, or that have been washed or altered.

Key Conditions for All Returns

• All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered will be rejected.

• Exchanges Policy:​ We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order on our website.

• We do not accept​ returns sent via Cash-on-Delivery (COD) services. COD packages will be refused.
